At Memórias restaurant, Portuguese cuisine takes center stage, led by Chef Luís Almeida. With direct access from the outside, the restaurant is open to the public and can be visited by anyone passing through Santar for lunch, dinner, refreshments, or an aperitif. Here you can savor cuisine rooted in its roots, featuring traditional, local produce and modern culinary techniques combined with traditional cuisine, resulting in a delicious reinterpretation of regional classics. Whenever possible, the products are a legacy of Beira, sourced from local producers of renowned origin, in an approach that increasingly seeks "from the garden to the plate."

Contemporary touch

With a privileged view of the stunning vineyard landscape

Located in what was once an agricultural support space, which has since been transformed into a kind of sophisticated aquarium with a privileged view of the stunning vineyard landscape, the restaurant has a contemporary, stripped-down décor, which contrasts purposefully with the atmosphere of the house, and which features a minimalist suspended fireplace, its large, striking counter and a tapestry commissioned from Oficina 66, by Diana Menezes Cunha, which celebrates the four seasons of a vineyard - and adds a touch of warmth and contemporaneity to the space.

In addition to the 36 seats available inside, Memórias also has a spacious outdoor terrace.
